About us

Since the inception on 21st September 2017, HAZIRA CONTAINER YARD LLP has expanded from 2.5 acres to 32 acres, as an empty container depot. We have a solution for all your requirements connected with D.V. Containers - Handling, Storage, Survey and Repairing (I.I.C.L.) Containers.
"To deliver on time" is our motto. We focus on enhancing productivity and cost effectiveness for container storage handling, repairing and allied services.
We provide 24 hour security and access to our yard. Our staff is available round the clock for equipment interchanges, trailer monitoring, gate checks and container allotment.
Our facility is leveled with hard GSB materials, including metal powder to ensure sustenance of container load, moving vehicles and handling equipments with ease. Located 12kms from Adani Hazira Port Private Limited and 800 meters from Hind Terminals Private Limited and Seabirds CFS.

Currently we have 32 acres for empty container storage of 12000 TEU with an expansion capacity of another 10 acres. HCY LLP has separate road access of 400 meters for hassle free traffic movement.

Adani Depot Code: INHCE

HCY LLP has been alloted a depot code for facilitating enblock movement from Adani Hazira Port Private Limited (AHPPL). HCY LLP currently handles significant volumes for major shipping lines like MSC, Maersk Line, CMA-CGM, Evergreen, Hapag Lloyd, Goodrich & Trans Asia.

CONTAINER HANDLING & STORAGE
HCY LLP offers a versatile service to answer all your container handling and storage needs.
Keeping in mind the safety standards, we only operate with Indital Empty Container Handlers and Forklifts which are known for their strength, stability and ability to precisely position a container without damaging the containers during operations.. Indital Empty Container Handlers can handle 20ft or 40ft containers and stack them three high. (Attach images of machines. also photo with container operations.) Storage Capacity of 12000 TEUs

Automated Gate OCR (Optical Character Recognition)
We have deployed Advanced Gate Optical Character Recognition (Gate OCR) System in order to automate capturing of: Container ID numbers, Container size, Tare weight and Registration number of Vehicle entering / exiting the Depot.
The system shall also capture real-time stamps of entry/exit to the Gate-OCR database. Apart from the automation that would reduce the scope for error and also optimize on the time taken to process each vehicle.
The system would also empower the Depot Management team with the ability to audit and rectify errors based on the visual images ( Automated OCR) of the Container that get stored into the database within 1 hour of wrong Container Gate IN and Gate OUT.

SOFTWARE
Hourly auto updation of containers gated in and out to the shipping lines through CODECO system. Auto daily reporting.

REPAIR & MAINTENANCE
A “One stop solution for all your problems connected with Containers to ensure it’s sea- worthiness as per IICL standard. Pre & Post” Repair Survey; & Fabrication of Containers into hangers for Garment.
Certified Container Inspectors (As per IICL 5 standards) and repairers.
Mobile team available on call for emergency repairs of reefer containers.
Quick repair and container turnaround time due to optimization, automation and use of modern equipment. ( attach repair guy photos)
